Fulfilling our Mission

To fulfill our mission, the NCFFC provides on-going assistance through consultation, written materials and training on: full faith and credit, the federal firearms prohibitions related to domestic violence, the federal domestic violence and stalking crimes, and inter-jurisdictional child custody cases involving domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and dating violence. Constituents include law enforcement, prosecutors, the defense bar, judges, court administrators and other court personnel, civil attorneys, victim advocates, other professionals who work with victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking, and survivors.
