1. Actively participating in training programs, workshops, and regional meetings to promote awareness of and compliance with or implementation of the VAWA full faith and credit mandate, state and federal firearms prohibitions, federal crimes of domestic violence and stalking, and inter-jurisdictional custody law.
2. Developing and disseminating materials to help jurisdictions implement these laws;
3. Providing review and critique of implementing legislation, policies, and procedures; and
4. Responding to law, policy and practice issues in the field by offering on-site technical assistance.
